Special Assessment of Working Conditions

The Company conducts the special assessment of working conditions in accordance with the Federal Law On Special Assessment of Working Conditions No. 426-FZ of 28 December 2013.

Pursuant to Article 7 of the Federal Law, the results of this special assessment may be used:

  • To develop and implement measures to improve working conditions

  • To inform personnel about working conditions, occupational health risks, measures to protect them from exposure to harmful and/or hazardous process factors, and about guarantees and compensation for employees involved in harmful and/or hazardous operations

  • To provide personnel with personal protective equipment and the workplace with collective protective equipment

  • To monitor working conditions at the workplace

  • To organise compulsory pre-employment and periodic (during employment) medical examinations of employees in cases provided for by Russian laws

  • To provide employees with the guarantees and compensations stipulated by the Labour Code of the Russian Federation

  • To establish an additional rate of insurance contributions to the Russian Pension Fund depending on the class (subclass) of working conditions
