The Company has implemented Occupational Health and Safety Policy in the following areas:

• Complying with Russian laws and regulations as well as industry agreements on occupational health and safety and with all other obligations and requirements voluntarily accepted by the Company


• Developing and implementing measures, involving its employees and third parties, to prevent occupational injuries and diseases and reduce occupational risks and hazards


• Reducing the risk of industrial accidents at hazardous production facilities


• Developing and implementing action plans to localise and recover from industrial accidents in order to prevent similar situations at production facilities


• Improving occupational health and safety management system


• Engaging the Company and third-party employees in improving occupational health and safety management system
