VPC (a member of Acron Group) has attended the Education and Career show and forum, the largest event of its kind in Ural, which took place in the Perm Expo centre on 7–10 November 2024.

The Company presented career prospects in the mining industry and informed potential employees about internship and employment opportunities, including its current vacancies, as well as support measures it offered to young specialists. The HR department held consultations on career growth and professional development and answered questions from job seekers. Over 3,000 people visited VPC’s stand during the show.

Irina Erofeeva, head of recruiting at VPC’s HR department, said, ‘This is the second time we have attended this forum, which we see as an excellent platform for employers to present their vacancies and exchange experiences with colleagues. We have had a fruitful dialogue with young professionals, graduates, university and college applicants and even school students. I think that the attendees have appreciated the prospects and working conditions we offer. We will be happy if the forum brings new specialists to our company’.
