The Verkhnekamsk potassium-magnesium salt deposit is one of the largest in the world. The Talitsky area is located on the eastern margins of the southern part of the Verkhnekamsk potassium-magnesium salt deposit. The maximum width of the site is 12.1 km and it is 10.6 km long, with a total area of over 69 square km. From the administrative point of view, the license site is located in the Usolsky municipal district, and its territory is subordinated to the city of Berezniki, Perm Krai
